1. When can I return or exchange a product?
You can contact Aljanat Mart within 3 days if:
✔ The product is damaged
✔ The wrong product was delivered
✔ There is a defect in the product
2. How can I request a return?
Send us your complaint via WhatsApp or email.
Provide pictures of the product and your order number.
Our team will review your request and get in touch with you.
3. Which products cannot be returned or exchanged?
❌ Used or unsealed products cannot be returned.
❌ Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.
4. How will I receive my refund?
✔ If you paid in advance, your refund will be sent via Easypaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer.
✔ If the order was Cash on Delivery (COD), we will issue a voucher or refund after receiving the returned product.
