When can I request a refund or exchange?
If the product is damaged or you received the wrong item.
The item must be unused, in original condition and packing.
Time Limit:
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order through WhatsApp or email.
Refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 working days.
What about Cash on Delivery (COD) orders?
For COD orders, we don’t offer cash refunds.
You can request a product exchange or a voucher for future purchases.
Note:
Beauty and skincare products are not eligible for return/exchange if the seal is opened, due to hygiene reasons.
